Note: Starting template — replace bracketed items and have counsel review before launch.
1. The service
Odyssin extracts data from commercial invoices and suggests HS/HTS classifications to help prepare customs entries. It is a drafting aid, not a customs broker or legal service.
2. Not filing or legal advice
All AI-generated classifications and forms are drafts that must be reviewed by a licensed customs broker or qualified person before submission to CBP or any authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you file. We are not affiliated with U.S. CBP.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
4. Access & commercial terms
There is no online plan, price, or self-serve checkout. Creating an account does not by itself grant access to invoice processing: we enable it account by account, and any commercial terms — volume, invoicing, and duration — are set out in a separate written agreement. To discuss access, email contact@odyssin.com. We may change, suspend, or withdraw access where no such agreement is in place.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t upload unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it to violate customs or export laws.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount set out in your written agreement with us, or where there is none, to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, duties, delays, or losses arising from filings you submit.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Contact
contact@odyssin.com. [Company legal name, address, governing law].
